Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (excluding federal holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
  • Orders must be shipped to a secure address to ensure delivery (see Lost Package Policy below).

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and international orders, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost Package Policy

  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
  • If you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors, front desk staff, or building management before submitting a claim.
  • If your package is lost, file a claim with the appropriate carrier:
    • FedEx: 1-800-463-3339
    • USPS: Contact your local post office
    • UPS: 1-800-742-5877
  • Once the carrier determines the package is lost, contact us with your case number for further investigation.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to the state of Tennessee in accordance with local regulations.
