  • XS-L: fits brace sizes XS, S, M, and L, thigh circumference 15 to 22.5 in.
  • XL-3XL: fits brace sizes XL, 2XL, and 3XL, thigh circumference 22.5 to 30 in.
  • Choose the Standard Strap Kit to replace the 5 body straps, or the PCL Strap Kit for the Acculign PCL hinge attachment

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Unfasten and remove the worn strap from the brace frame
  2. Thread the new strap through the corresponding D-Ring on the frame, Positioning it in its original location (Lower Cruciate, Bottom, Upper Cruciate, Top, Or Anterior Tibial for the Standard Kit)
  3. Trim the strap to length if needed for a personalized fit
  4. Fasten the hook and loop closure snugly without overtightening. For the PCL Strap Kit (Acculign hinge): Note the height position on the medial and lateral Hinge Arms before starting
  5. Remove the hook and loop fastener to access the connection area
  6. Remove the Acculign Hinge Screws and D-Ring
  7. Position the PCL Acculign Hinge D-Ring and Inserts with the raised portion into the recessed pocket
  8. Return the frame to its original position and retighten the Acculign Hinge Screws
  9. Reapply the hook and loop fastener and attach the PCL strap.
