How to Wear / Fit

  1. Unfasten all leg straps on the Formfit Post-Op Knee brace.
  2. Pull the open ends of the straps through the double D-rings to remove them from the left strut.
  3. Remove worn foam pads from both struts.
  4. Fully open the new replacement softgoods.
  5. Wrap the new foam calf and thigh pads tightly around the leg and fasten at the front.
  6. Reattach the struts on each side of the leg. Align the hinge center to the top of the patella. Ensure struts are aligned with the mid-line of the leg.
  7. Carefully slide the straps under the foam wraps and back through the double D-rings.
  8. Fasten straps starting below the knee, Then above the knee, Alternating until all straps are secure. Do not overtighten.
