For Cotton/Lycra: all sizes are 19 in. long. Measure around your thigh 6 in. above the kneecap and match to the size chart
For Neoprene or Supplex/Lycra: choose the sleeve length that matches your brace coverage from thigh to calf. The undersleeve should fully cover the skin beneath your brace for complete protection.
