• XS: thigh 14 to 16 in. (35 to 41 cm), calf 10.5 to 11.5 in. (27 to 29 cm)
• S: thigh 16 to 18 in. (41 to 46 cm), calf 11.5 to 12.5 in. (29 to 32 cm)
• M: thigh 18 to 21 in. (46 to 53 cm), calf 12.5 to 15 in. (32 to 38 cm)
• L: thigh 21 to 24 in. (53 to 61 cm), calf 15 to 18 in. (38 to 46 cm)

Sizing Guide

• Measure thigh circumference 6 in. (15 cm) above mid-patella
• Measure calf circumference 6 in. (15 cm) below mid-patella
• Use the thigh measurement first, then confirm with the calf measurement
• If the 2 measurements fall in different sizes, choose the size that matches the thigh
• XS: thigh 14 to 16 in. (35 to 41 cm), calf 10.5 to 11.5 in. (27 to 29 cm)
• S: thigh 16 to 18 in. (41 to 46 cm), calf 11.5 to 12.5 in. (29 to 32 cm)
• M: thigh 18 to 21 in. (46 to 53 cm), calf 12.5 to 15 in. (32 to 38 cm)
• L: thigh 21 to 24 in. (53 to 61 cm), calf 15 to 18 in. (38 to 46 cm)
• XL: thigh 24 to 27 in. (61 to 69 cm), calf 18 to 20 in. (46 to 51 cm)

How to Wear / Fit

1. Before applying, Make sure the condyle pad is properly aligned with the hinge thumbwheel dial
2. Set the hinge dial to 0 before application
3. Sit with the knee bent at 30 degrees
4. Position the brace with the hinge on the unaffected side of the knee and the hinge centered on the knee
5. Hold the brace in place with one hand, Pull tab 1 across the upper shin and fasten securely, Using the SureGrip finger pockets to help fasten the tabs
6. Pull tab 2 across the lower thigh and fasten securely
7. Pull tab 3 across the lower shin and fasten securely
8. Pull tab 4 across the upper thigh and fasten securely, Making sure each tab has full contact with the fabric below
9. To avoid rotation of the brace during application, Hold it in place with one hand, Then pass the lower strap 5 through the plastic ring, Apply tension, Lay the strap back onto itself and fasten securely
10. Repeat with the upper strap 6
11. Once the brace is applied, Rotate the thumbwheel dial to set the offload
12. HINGE ADJUSTMENT: turn the thumbwheel clockwise to increase the offload and counterclockwise to reduce it, Across settings 0 to 10, Following your medical professional guidance
13. CONDYLE PAD ADJUSTMENT: for a snugger fit at the knee, Bend the brace at the hinge, Remove the condyle pad, Attach the desired number of shims, Then re-attach the condyle pad
