How to Wear / Fit

  1. Remove the adhesive film from the bottom of each heel cup
  2. Place the heel cup flat against the back and bottom of the heel area inside the shoe
  3. Press firmly so the heel cup sticks to the inside of the shoe
  4. Position with the tapered edge facing the front and the green relief zone centered under the heel bone
  5. Have your child slide their foot in and confirm the cup feels stable
  6. If the cup shifts, press it more firmly against the rear heel counter of the shoe
