How to Wear / Fit

  1. Check the package for the compressor, Gel pack, Strap, And pump with tube
  2. Refrigerate the gel pack at least 2 hours before use
  3. Place the chilled gel pack on the compressor
  4. Connect the tube to the ON and OFF switch and turn the switch to ON
  5. Pull the strap with the black velcro through the square hook from IN to OUT and fasten it
  6. Place the shoulder pad over your shoulder and attach the velcro, Red first and then blue
  7. Pass the strap through your armpit and pull it through the square hook from IN to OUT, Then adjust the velcro until it is comfortable
  8. Hold the ON and OFF switch with one hand and turn it with the other to confirm the position, Then pump to your preferred compression
  9. To switch shoulders, Loosen the velcro strap in front of the chest, Remove the device, Switch shoulders, And readjust the strap
