Sizing Guide

  • Stand with your leg in full extension. Measure the circumference of your thigh approximately 6 inches (15 cm) above the center of the kneecap using a flexible measuring tape directly on bare skin. If between sizes, size up for comfort. Available in XS (<17 in.), S (17-18 in.), M (18-20 in.), LG (20-21 in.), XL (21-22 in.), and 2XL (22-24 in.). Note: Brace is not included.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Slide the breathable mesh undersleeve up your leg before applying your rigid knee brace.
  2. Position the sleeve so it covers the entire area where the brace will contact your skin, making sure it is centered securely over your knee joint.
  3. Smooth out any wrinkles or bunching in the fabric to prevent pressure points.
  4. Apply and fasten your knee brace directly over the undersleeve as you normally would.
  5. Adjust your brace straps to ensure a snug, secure fit over the foundational layer.
