  7. If it feels too tight, briefly open the valve to release air, then close it
  8. Stand and take a few careful steps

"I broke both ankles and ruptured both Achilles tendons on 11/1/23. Since that time the pain has been unbearable. Unable to move independently for weeks, it’s been horrific. My total out-of-pocket has been mind-blowing up to this point & none of the items thus far have allowed me to stand (let alone walk) like these boots. I ordered a medium, I’m a 5’7 female & weigh 180 lbs. I literally hobbled from the front door when these boots arrived & it took about 5 minutes to strap them on.
