Sizing Guide

  • Measure your waist at the navel to determine your size. The OSFM size fits waists from 23 to 50 in. The Plus Extension size fits waists from 23 to 66 in.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Unfasten the pulley tabs and pull the brace ends apart to fully extend the belt.
  2. Position the posterior (back) panel centered against your spine, just above the tailbone.
  3. Wrap the left side of the belt across your abdomen, then overlap with the right side to secure the medical-grade fasteners.
  4. Ensure the anterior (front) panel is centered over your stomach.
  5. Grasp the dual pulley tabs and pull them outward simultaneously until you reach your desired level of compression.
  6. Press the tabs firmly onto the belt to lock the support in place.
  7. For the Plus Extension model, attach the extension panel to the main belt before wrapping to accommodate waists up to 66 in.
