How to Wear / Fit

  1. Lay the brace flat on a table and attach the side panels with the hook and loop closure to match your waist size
  2. Loosen the shoulder straps to their maximum length
  3. Slide the brace over your head so the front panel hangs over your abdomen and the back panel hangs over your spine
  4. Grab both side straps and fasten them to the front panel with the hook and loop, Keeping the back panel centered on your spine
  5. Loosen the knobs on the front of the brace and set the sternal Y-Bar so it sits 2 to 3 in. below your collar bone
  6. Tighten the shoulder straps until snug, But not so tight that they lift the brace out of position
  7. Detach both pull tabs and extend your arms away from your body to tighten the pulley system
  8. At the desired tension, Attach the tabs to the front of the brace
  9. Use the included tool to adjust the Y-Bar angle for optimal support.
