How to Wear / Fit

First time use: unlock the telescoping bars and adjust the brace length so the thigh and calf cuffs sit comfortably above and below the kneecap and the hinge lines up with knee center
then lock the length
Open all straps
Place the brace on the leg with the front opening centered over the kneecap
Lightly secure the bottom (calf) strap, then the top (thigh) strap to hold position
snug remaining straps evenly (snug, not tight)
Set the ROM dials (extension/flexion) exactly as prescribed by your clinician (0°–120° range)
Walk a few steps
re-snug straps if the brace settles
Check toes for normal color and feeling
loosen slightly if there’s pressure or tingling.
