Sizing Guide

  • Stand relaxed with your weight even on both legs
  • Find the center of your kneecap
  • Measure your thigh circumference 6 in. above the kneecap
  • Measure your calf circumference 6 in. below the kneecap
  • Confirm your thigh measures 17 to 30 in. and your calf measures 26 in. or less
  • Choose Left or Right to match the affected knee

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Press the numbered Easy Clips and pull the tabs to release all straps
  2. Sitting down, Align the brace with the hinge centered on the outside of your knee
  3. Apply strap 1 first, Anchoring it firmly above the calf
  4. Apply straps 2, 3, And 4 in numerical order
  5. Still sitting, Readjust all straps so strap 1 is the tightest and straps 2 through 4 are snug with room for 2 fingers underneath
  6. Reposition the comfort pads on the insides of the straps to sit comfortably behind the leg
  7. Using the provided Allen wrench, Turn each of the 2 dials on the outside hinge in small quarter turns, Walking between adjustments until you reach your prescribed level of unloading
  8. Set the flexion and extension stops to the range your provider recommends
