  • Measure the circumference of the ankle just above the ankle bones
  • Match your measurement to the size chart
  • Choose Left or Right for the ankle you need to support

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Fold the top of the support outward until you can reach the heel, Then pull the support over the foot to the heel
  2. Unfold the top and pull the support up until the heel section sits correctly
  3. Start with the strap on the inside of the foot and keep your lower leg at a right angle to the foot for all remaining steps
  4. Guide the strap under the sole toward the outside of the foot and pull to a comfortable level of stabilization
  5. Bring the strap diagonally across the instep, Around the back of the ankle, And diagonally forward to the inside of the foot
  6. Pull the strap under the sole to the outside of the foot and over the instep, Then fasten the end to the strap underneath
  7. To remove, Open the strap, Attach its end to another part of the strap, Then hold the top edge and fold the support down
