How to Wear / Fit

  1. Sit down and fully open the zipper on the support
  2. Slip your foot in so the dark gray line runs down the front center of the foot, Then close the zipper between the Achilles tendon and inner ankle bone
  3. Loosen both straps on the shell, Keeping the lower strap threaded through the sole slot
  4. With your foot flat at a 90 degree angle, Slide it between the strap loop and the shell so the shell sits in front of the outer ankle bone
  5. Press the shell flat against the foot and pull the lower strap diagonally across the instep, Fastening it at the lower hook and loop triangle
  6. Wrap the upper strap around the base of the calf with light tension and fasten it
  7. Guide the lower strap above the inner ankle bone, Around the back of the Achilles tendon, And fasten it on itself at the front
  8. Retighten both straps if needed
