How to Wear / Fit

  1. Sit down and open the upper and lower straps (the lower strap stays threaded through the slot in the sole)
  2. Bend the ankle to 90 degrees, Slide the foot through the loop of the lower strap, And place the shell in front of the outer ankle bone
  3. Press the shell flat against the foot with 1 hand
  4. With the other hand, Pull the lower strap diagonally across the instep and fasten it to the Velcro triangle
  5. Wrap the upper strap around the base of the calf with light tension and fasten it
  6. Guide the lower strap above the inner ankle bone, Behind the Achilles tendon, And back to the front, Then fasten it onto the strap
  7. Retighten both straps if needed
  8. To remove, Open both straps and slide the foot out
