How to Wear / Fit

  1. Sit down and open both hook and loop straps
  2. Push the loop of the lower strap down and out of its holder to loosen it
  3. Turn the brace so the straps point inward and the tab at the bottom of the shell points forward
  4. Place your foot in the center of the shell so the inner side sits behind the inner ankle bone and the outer side sits in front of the outer ankle bone
  5. Wrap the upper strap around the ankle from the back and fasten it flat with no folds
  6. Bring the lower strap diagonally over the top of the foot and back around the lower leg
  7. Guide the strap diagonally forward again to the outer side of the foot
  8. Push the loop from bottom to top into the holder
  9. Fasten the strap end upward onto the strap underneath
