How to Wear / Fit

  1. 1) Undo the band and place the strap on the upper forearm just below the elbow
  2. 2) For tennis elbow, set the 5-point pad on the outside (lateral) forearm muscle
  3. for golfer's elbow, set it on the inside (medial) forearm muscle
  4. 3) Keep the rigid part of the strap facing outward
  5. 4) Rest the forearm on a firm surface such as a table and tighten the hook and loop closure
  6. 5) If the red warning section shows, loosen the strap until it is no longer visible
