How to Wear / Fit

  1. Put on hosiery, Sit on a chair, And place the foot flat on the floor at a 90 degree angle to the lower leg
  2. Undo all straps and place the foot on the sole with the heel seated so the plastic shell encases the outside of the rear foot
  3. Wrap the upper strap around the lower leg from behind, Guide it through the loop at the shin, And secure the hook and loop to the strap underneath
  4. Guide the lower strap over the instep to the outside of the foot and secure it (trim with scissors if needed)
  5. Guide the front arm of the Y-shaped strap in front of the shin and the rear arm around the heel through the guide loops, Then secure both
  6. Retighten straps as needed and put on firm shoes before standing or walking
