How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open both straps and loosely refasten the strap ends
  2. Open the valve cover on the outer shell and press the button to release all air from the cushion
  3. Place the brace so the shell with the air cushion and pump is on the outside of the affected leg
  4. Line up the front edges of both shells parallel to the shin
  5. Right leg: close the top strap around the front, Then the bottom strap around the back
  6. Left leg: close the top strap around the back, Then the bottom strap around the front
  7. Fasten the strap ends to the middle of each strap, Using the contours on the shell as a guide
  8. Retighten the upper strap, Then the lower strap
  9. Put on your shoe
  10. Pump the air cushion 5 to 10 strokes for proper support (never more than 20 strokes)
  11. To remove, Release the air before taking off your shoe, Then open the top strap and the bottom strap
