How to Wear / Fit

  1. Insert your thumbs into the grip recesses on the inside of the upper edge
  2. Pull the support over your foot until your heel sits in the blue knitted section
  3. Make sure the Achilles tendon rests securely in the shaped pad
  4. Adjust the fit if needed
  5. For extra relief, Place a heel wedge in both shoes so the heels sit evenly
  6. To remove, Grip the recesses at the upper edge and pull the support down over the foot
