Sizing Guide

  • This collar is one size adjustable and fits a wide range of adult patient neck anatomies.
  • HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: Shorter lateral sides and finite height adjustments allow fine-tuning to patient neck length. No circumference measurement required.
  • FIT CONFIRMATION: Adjust height until the chin piece plastic is flush with the end of the chin, hiding the Chin-Dots indicator on the chin pad.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Step 1 - PREPARATION: With head in neutral alignment, Press back panel down onto bed and slide behind patient neck. Loop straps between ear and trapezius on each side.
  2. Step 2 - PLACEMENT: Start front panel at lowest setting. Slide collar up chest, Pivot up and under chin. Position sides up and over trapezius muscles.
  3. Step 3 - SIZING: Pull dial out to unlock. Turn clockwise to raise chin piece to correct height. Release dial - it self-locks.
  4. Step 4 - TIGHTENING: Attach loop strap each side. Anchor fingers, Peel back, Tighten, Reattach symmetrically. Chin should align with Chin-Dots on pad. Back of chin piece must not press on throat.
