Sizing Guide

  • Measure around the widest part of your upper arm (bicep) with the arm relaxed
  • Measure around the fullest part of your lower arm (forearm) about 2–3 inches below the elbow crease
  • Check your measurements against the size options and select the size where both your upper and lower arm measurements fit within the same size range
  • If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps and cuffs
  2. Position the brace so your elbow aligns with the hinge center
  3. Wrap the forearm cuff and secure its straps, then wrap the upper arm cuff and secure its straps until snug
  4. Adjust the hinge to the angle recommended by your clinician for gentle static positioning
  5. Recheck comfort and circulation (no numbness, tingling, or color change)
  6. Readjust straps if needed and verify fit while seated and standing.
