Sizing Guide

  • Measure around the widest part of your upper arm (bicep) with your arm relaxed at your side
  • Measure around the fullest part of your lower arm (forearm), about 2–3 inches below the elbow crease
  • Check your measurements against the size options and select the size where both your upper and lower arm measurements fit within the same size range
  • If you are between sizes on either measurement, choose the larger size for comfort.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps and cuffs
  2. Position the brace so your elbow is centered with the hinge(s)
  3. Wrap and secure the forearm cuff first, then the upper arm cuff
  4. Tighten until snug but not tight
  5. Cross the “X” straps over the elbow as shown on the product images, attaching them to create a gentle, anti-spasticity stretch
  6. Set the single-setting hinges to the angle recommended by your clinician for controlled flexion/extension
  7. Recheck comfort and circulation (no numbness, tingling, or color change)
  8. Adjust straps for even pressure and confirm fit while seated and standing.
