  • Stand relaxed and measure your thigh 6 in above the center of your kneecap
  • Measure your calf 6 in below the center of your kneecap
  • Compare both measurements to the sizing chart to select the correct size
  • If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for easier adjustment
  • Choose your Left or Right leg and select Medial or Lateral unloading based on where your knee pain is located

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Before application, set the hinge to 0
  2. Sit with your knee bent to about 30 degrees
  3. Open the wrap and position the brace so the single upright runs along the side you are offloading—outside for medial or inside for lateral
  4. Center the front opening over your kneecap
  5. Secure the lower calf strap first, then the upper thigh strap, followed by the remaining straps until snug but not overly tight
  6. Pass the rear straps through the plastic rings, tension evenly, and fasten them onto themselves to prevent rotation
  7. Once the brace is properly applied, turn the thumbwheel hinge dial clockwise to increase pressure or counterclockwise to reduce it as directed by your clinician
  8. Walk a few steps, check for comfort and alignment, and re-snug straps if padding has settled.
