Sizing Guide

  • Measure around the widest part of your upper arm (bicep) with the arm relaxed.
  • Measure around the fullest part of your lower arm (forearm) about 2–3 inches below the elbow crease.
  • Check your measurements against the size options and select the size where both your upper and lower arm measurements fit within the same size range.
