Sizing Guide

  • Measure around the widest part of your upper arm (bicep) with the arm relaxed at your side.
  • Measure around the fullest part of your lower arm (forearm), about 2–3 inches below the elbow crease.
  • Check your measurements against the size options and select the size where both your upper and lower arm measurements fit within the same range.
  • If one is between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps.
  2. Position the brace so your elbow center aligns with the ROM hinge center.
  3. Wrap and secure the forearm cuff first, then the upper arm cuff.
  4. Tighten straps until snug but not tight.
  5. Set the ROM hinge to the flexion/extension limits recommended by your clinician (typically in 15-degree increments).
  6. Position the 3-point leverage elbow pad so it rests over the back of the elbow for gentle extension stretch; adjust pad pressure to tolerance.
  7. Recheck comfort and circulation (no numbness, tingling, or color change).
  8. Walk or move the arm gently to confirm a secure, comfortable fit.
