Sizing Guide

  • Measure neck circumference around the neck
  • Measure neck height vertically with the head level, as shown in the sizing diagram
  • Choose the size that matches both measurements
  • Sizes 2 and 3 share a circumference range, choose by height
  • Sizes 4 and 5 share a circumference range, choose by height

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open the hook and loop strap on the collar
  2. Hold the collar so the strap is on the outside, On your left side
  3. Place the chin cutout directly under your chin
  4. Wrap the right side of the collar around the back of your neck
  5. Bring the strap around the back of the neck and press it onto the soft fleece surface
  6. The collar should sit firmly against the neck
  7. To remove, Open the strap, Hold the collar at the chin, And pull it forward
