Product Highlights:

  • J-SHAPED LATERAL BUTTRESS: A strong tubular buttress along the outer edge of the kneecap gives lateral patellar stabilization, so this lateral stabilizer knee brace helps keep the patella from sliding outward
  • PATELLA TRACKING SUPPORT: Made for lateral patella subluxation, chronic patellar maltracking and mild chondromalacia, so this patella stabilizer supports a kneecap that tracks off center
  • UPPER AND LOWER STRAPS: Straps above and below the knee add compression and hold the buttress in place, so this patellofemoral knee brace stays snug as you move
  • LOW PROFILE AIRMESH SLEEVE: The low profile Airmesh sleeve is light and breathable, so this J brace knee support stays comfortable for daily wear
  • PERSONALIZED SUPPORT: Reach out to Brace Direct (an American Owned Company) to schedule an appointment with a fitting professional for a free video fitting and adjustment session to achieve the perfect fit.
