Measure thigh circumference 6 inches above the mid knee and calf circumference 6 inches below the mid knee.
XS: thigh 13–14 inches; calf 11–12 inches.
S: thigh 14–15 inches; calf 12–13 inches.
M: thigh 15–16 inches; calf 13–14 inches.
L: thigh 16–18 inches; calf 14–15 inches.
XL: thigh 20–22 inches; calf 15–16 inches.

Sizing Guide

Measure around your thigh 6 inches above the mid knee, then measure around your calf 6 inches below the mid knee.
Stand naturally and keep the tape level and snug (not tight) against the skin or thin clothing.
Check your measurements against the size options and select the size where both your thigh and calf numbers fit within the listed ranges.

How to Wear / Fit

Open all straps. Sit with the knee slightly bent and center the patella opening over your kneecap.
Align the side hinges with the natural bend of the knee on both sides.
Wrap and secure the lower (calf) straps first to anchor the brace, then fasten the upper (thigh) straps.
Tighten straps evenly until snug and supportive—avoid cutting off circulation. Stand, walk a few steps, and readjust if the brace slips or pinches.
