Stand relaxed and find the middle of your kneecap
With a soft tape, measure your thigh 6 inches above the kneecap
Confirm your thigh measures between 17 and 30 inches
If not, this brace won’t fit as intended.

How to Wear / Fit

Open all straps
Center the hinge pivot at the side of the knee
align the front opening over the kneecap
Lightly secure the lower (calf) strap, then the upper (thigh) strap to hold position
Snug the remaining straps evenly (snug, not tight)
