Sizing Guide

Sit or stand comfortably
On each leg, locate a point 4 inches above the top of the kneecap
Wrap a soft tape measure around the thigh at that level on each leg
keep the tape level and snug, not tight
Check your measurements against the size options
Select Standard if both thighs measure 12–18 inches, or Large if either thigh measures 19–27 inches.

How to Wear / Fit

Open all straps
Position each thigh cuff so the hinge pins face outward
center each cuff on the measured level of the thigh
Wrap and secure the thigh cuffs snugly on both legs
Ensure equal tension for even support
Attach the hip abduction bar between cuffs
Set the bar to the angle recommended by your clinician (typically 30–45 degrees) for gentle abduction
Use in bed or in a wheelchair as directed
Recheck comfort and skin (no numbness, tingling, or redness) after 10–15 minutes and readjust straps if needed.
