    i love that i can put the gel part in the freezer to cool my ankle for a bit while wearing it. of course it only stays cold for half an hour maybe 40 minutes. but so would any other ice pack. i do with a part of it wrapped around my foot a little more to make it more secure. but i wear this at work (i work with young children) and it helps keep me safe!! recommend it
