Sizing Guide

Use a soft tape measure and wrap it around your waist at belly button level.
If your waist is over 60 inches, add this extension panel to reach up to 66 inches.

How to Wear / Fit

Lay your SI belt flat with the inside facing up and the front closure centered.
Align the extension panel with the end of one waist strap so the hook-and-loop surfaces fully overlap.
Press firmly along the entire seam to secure.
Repeat on the other side if your configuration requires it.
Put the belt on as usual around the hips and lower back.
Fasten the front closure and tighten until snug but comfortable.
Check that the belt stays low across the hips and does not ride up when walking or sitting.
Re-adjust if needed.
