    Thank you for your wonderful product. I had major back surgery 2 months ago and this brace has been a life safer for me! I appreciate how the size can be selected. I am petite and weigh 107 pounds. My physical therapist helped me with the fitting, and it fits beautifully. One problem, however: The instructions say that the tabs can be cut or or folded if too long. We chose to cut the length and the fabric at the ends began to fray terribly! Fortunately, my physical therapist remembered a technique when he was a boy scout to solve this problem: He used a match to "weld" the ends of the tabs. I don't think that there are many people would know this little trick. . I did try using pinking shears first but they material continued to fray. I am not sure what you can do to solve this problem on your end. Perhaps you can research this, or at the very least, don't tell your customers to cut the fabric. Other than this problem, I am so grateful that I found your company. My surgeon gave me a brace that weighed almost 4 pounds! I let him know about your product! Thank you again.
