Sizing Guide

  • Stand relaxed and find the center of your kneecap.
  • Using a soft tape measure, measure your thigh circumference 6 inches above the kneecap.
  • Match your number to the size list in the SIZING section. If you’re between sizes, choose the one that gives more strap reach.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open the wraparound brace. With the open-back panel centered behind the knee, align the side pockets so the concealed hinges sit along the inner and outer knee.
  2. Center the front opening over the kneecap.
  3. Secure the bottom (calf) strap first, then the top (thigh) strap, and finally the middle strap—snug, not tight.
  4. Walk a few steps, bend/straighten the knee, and re-snug straps if the brace settles.
