The OCSI DynaPro Torticollis Orthosis is designed for effective treatment of mild to severe Torticollis. This orthotic device provides static-dynamic therapy to reverse head and neck conditions, particularly in patients with spasticity. The flexible upright technology adapts to involuntary episodes of tone, making it excellent for treating lateral neck contractures.

The "Bend to Fit" shoulder girdle can be hand-formed for optimal comfort and alignment, while the shoulder strap ensures the device remains in place. The thermoplastic upright is heat-moldable 30 degrees ahead to provide a therapeutic stretch to the head and neck, facilitating muscle inhibition and promoting the benefits of Low Load Prolonged Stretch (LLPS). Increased wearing time of three to six hours per use allows the muscle spindle to reset at a greater resting length, providing long-term stretch benefits and permanent improvements in joint range of motion. The device should be heat-molded every four to six weeks to continue the contracture reversal process. For best results, aim to improve head and neck range of motion to at least 20 degrees past neutral.
