How to Wear / Fit

  1. Fold the top of the support outward until you can reach the heel
  2. Pull the support over the foot up to the heel
  3. Unfold the top and pull it up until the pads sit around both ankle bones
  4. Keep the lower leg at a right angle to the foot for all strap steps
  5. the strap starts on the inside of the foot
  6. Guide the strap under the sole toward the outside of the foot and pull to the stability that feels comfortable
  7. Bring the strap diagonally across the instep, Back around the ankle, And diagonally forward again to the inside of the foot
  8. Pull the strap under the sole to the outside, Up over the instep, And fasten the end to the strap underneath
  9. Make sure the strap lies flat with no folds
  10. To remove: open the strap, Attach its end to another part of the strap, Grip the top edge and roll the support down
