How to Wear / Fit

  1. Loosen all straps and open the splint
  2. Place your foot in with the heel seated firmly against the heel cup
  3. Secure the padded ankle strap
  4. Fasten the shin strap snugly
  5. Position the removable toe elevation pad under the toes if desired
  6. Wear while sleeping for at least 3 hours per night
