Sizing Guide

With a soft tape, measure around your ankle starting at the heel and wrapping to the front of the ankle
Keep the tape level and snug, not tight
Check your measurement against the size options and select S/M if it measures 9.5–12.5 inches, or L/XL if 13 inches or above.

How to Wear / Fit

Open both the ankle strap and the foot strap
Wrap the ankle strap around your ankle and press the hook-and-loop (Velcro) to secure
Place the foot strap under your arch and attach it to the ankle strap using the tabs until snug
Wear with or without shoes
Recheck comfort and circulation after a few minutes and readjust if needed.
