How to Wear / Fit

Open all straps and place the boot on a bed or chair with the heel cup facing you
Slide your foot fully back into the heel cup so your heel is seated and the shin rests against the calf pad
Fasten the foot strap first, then the ankle/calf straps
Tighten until snug but comfortable
Adjust the angle straps to set a gentle upward (dorsiflexion) stretch
Start mild and increase gradually as tolerated. (Optional) Add the foam wedge under the forefoot to increase stretch over time
Stand carefully if needed
use the non-slip tread for stability
Recheck circulation and comfort after 10–15 minutes.
