Sizing Guide

  • Measure your thigh circumference 4.5 inches above the center of the knee.
  • Measure your calf circumference 4 inches below the center of the knee.
  • Check your measurement against the size options and select the size where both thigh and calf fall within the same range; then choose left or right leg. If your numbers span two sizes, pick the option that best accommodates the larger measurement or use our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps and position the brace so the hinges line up with the center of your knee; choose the correct left/right orientation.
  2. Slide the brace onto the leg with the lower cuff centered on the calf and the upper cuff on the thigh; ensure the rotating thigh cuff sits comfortably.
  3. Fasten straps in an alternating pattern (calf, thigh, calf, thigh) until snug. Inflate or adjust the pneumatic air bladders for medial/lateral stability as needed.
  4. Set the range-of-motion stops only as directed by your clinician. Stand, bend and straighten the knee, and re-adjust straps to be secure yet comfortable; check skin and circulation.
