• Select pediatric size (PD 1–PD 5) using your child’s age, weight, and height.
• PD 1: 1–18 months; 11–29 lb; 21–33 inches (53–84 cm)
• PD 2: 9–24 months; 22–33 lb; 29–37 inches (74–94 cm)
• PD 3: 1–3 years; 24–36 lb; 33–40 inches (84–102 cm)
• PD 4: 2–5 years; 26–42 lb; 35–45 inches (89–114 cm)

How to Wear / Fit

1. Open the collar. While the child sits upright looking straight ahead, place the back panel centered behind the neck.
2. Position the front panel so the chin rests comfortably and neutrally on the chin piece.
3. Secure the side tabs evenly so the front and back tabs bend slightly and the collar fits snug around the neck.
4. Confirm a proper fit: the collar should not press on the trachea, chin is neutral, and breathing and swallowing feel normal. Re-adjust if needed.
