What is MP width? It’s simply your knuckle width—the straight-line distance across the back of your hand at the base of the fingers, with fingers together.

Sizing Guide

With your fingers together, measure straight across your knuckles at the base of your fingers (knuckle width)
Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger (hand length)
Choose Regular if your knuckle width is 2.5–4 inches and your hand length is ~7.5 inches
Choose Large if your knuckle width is 2.5–4 inches and your hand length is ~9.5 inches.

How to Wear / Fit

Open all straps and place your hand into the air cone so the fingers are comfortably supported
Rest your wrist into the hinged support and align the forearm panel along your arm
Secure wrist and forearm straps until snug, not tight
Adjust the hinge setting (goniometer) only as directed by your clinician
Recheck finger color and sensation after 5 minutes
