Comfortable collar arrived quickly

"I was a bit skeptical of ordering from here due to the lack of reviews, but this collar was on backorder most places I looked. I called to verify that it was in stock and a very nice woman called me back the next day to confirm that it was. I placed my order and it arrived a week later, exactly as described. I have used the regular Aspen Vista collar as well as the Miami J and this is by far the most comfortable and supportive collar I've tried as a 105lb, 5'3.5" woman with eds and cci. The padding actually holds my chin in place! Ice pack is a regular 4*4 inch gel pack in a sleeve so it's easy to find backups to always have on hand."
