The size is VERY wrong

"I’ve done everything I can to try to make this brace work, but it definitely does not fit. It’s too small—it doesn’t pull up properly, slides down my leg within minutes, and is tight enough to cut off circulation. I’ve measured carefully (twice) and know how to size braces. The brace on my opposite leg fits perfectly, so I’m confident this is not the 2XL I ordered, despite that being what’s listed on the box. Please let me know the next steps to exchange it for the correct size."
