Sizes / Style

  • One size: fits thigh circumference up to 30 inches; adjustable for most adults.
  • Choose the Left or Right model based on the affected knee.

Sizing Guide

  • Find a point 6 inches above the center of your kneecap on the thigh.
  • Wrap a soft measuring tape around your thigh at this point to get the circumference.
  • Check your measurement against the size options and select the Left or Right model. If your thigh measures over 30 inches, this brace will not fit.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Undo all straps and open the brace. Sit or stand with your knee slightly bent.
  2. Place the brace so the hinge/condyle pad sits at the side of your knee (as instructed by your provider for the side to unload). Center the thigh and calf uprights along your leg.
  3. Fasten the top thigh strap first, then the bottom calf strap, followed by the remaining straps. Pull until snug.
  4. Adjust the unloading dial/strap gradually to create gentle relief on the painful side. Do not overtighten.
  5. Smooth pads so there are no gaps or pressure points. The brace should feel secure but comfortable.
  6. Walk a few steps and recheck strap tension. Make sure skin remains warm and pink; loosen if you feel numbness or tingling.
