Sizes / Style

  • Universal fit for most adults.
  • Works on the left or right knee.
  • Telescoping bars and adjustable straps let you tailor the length and snugness.

Sizing Guide

  • Stand relaxed and find the middle of your kneecap.
  • With a soft tape measure, measure your thigh 6 inches above the kneecap.
  • Measure your calf 6 inches below the kneecap.
  • Keep these numbers handy to confirm the straps have enough reach and to guide strap placement during fitting.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Open all straps. Set the telescoping length so the uprights span comfortably above and below the knee.
  2. Center the hinge pivot at the side of the knee (level with the kneecap center). The front opening should sit over the kneecap.
  3. Lightly secure the lower strap (calf) and then the upper strap (thigh) to hold position. Snug all straps evenly (snug, not tight).
  4. Use the ROM dials to set limits exactly as your clinician prescribed (extension settings in 10° steps from 0–90°, flexion settings in 15° steps from 0–120°).
  5. Walk a few steps. Re-snug the straps if the brace settles. Check toes for normal color and feeling; loosen slightly if you notice tingling or pressure.
