Stand relaxed and find the middle of your kneecap.
With a soft tape measure, measure your thigh 6 inches above the kneecap.
Measure your calf 6 inches below the kneecap.
Match both numbers to Regular or Large. If you’re between sizes, choose the one with more strap reach.

How to Wear / Fit

Open all straps. Center the hinge at the side of the knee and align the front opening over the kneecap.
Lightly secure lower then upper straps to hold position, then snug all straps evenly (snug, not tight).
