  • The Cold Rush Compact includes a Universal Pad suitable for multiple body areas. Additional specialized pads are available (Knee, Ankle, and Lumbar pads offer a universal fit. For Hip pads, select Left or Right. For Shoulder pads, choose Small for 5 ft. 6 in. or shorter / chest under 42 in., or Large for 5 ft. 7 in. and taller / chest 42 in. and larger). Always use a protective skin barrier during use.

How to Wear / Fit

  1. Fill the cooler with ice and water to the indicated fill lines. Connect the insulated hose to your pad. Place a protective fabric barrier over your skin at the treatment area, secure the pad, and turn on the device to begin your steady cooling session.
